<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device in which a separation part can be used in common by respective trays.SOLUTION: Paper P1 stacked on a bottom plate 30a is regulated by an inclined guide body 41, so that its stacked posture is prevented from getting irregular, and paper P on a first paper feed cassette 3 is fed by a paper feed roller 6b immediately, thereby carrying out image recording operation. Since a width part of the bottom plate 30a in a second paper feed cassette 30 is located within a range including a spot of an elastic separation pad 8a of a main inclined separation plate 8 in the first paper feed cassette 3, such an effect that one paper feed roller 6b and one inclined separation plate 8 can be used in common for separating and feeding actions of the paper P stacked on the first paper feed cassette 3 and the second paper feed cassette 30 is obtained.</p> |
