SHIFT ACTUATOR

A shift actuator of the present invention includes a first and a second fluid pressure chamber providing fluid pressure to each of a first and a second piston, a hydraulic control device for regulating pressure of hydraulic oil discharged from a hydraulic source and supplying the same, a first and a second oil passage communicated from the hydraulic control device to each of the first and the second fluid pressure chamber, a first and a second connecting portion for connecting the first oil passage with the first fluid pressure chamber and the second oil passage with the second fluid pressure chamber, and a first and a second orifice portion having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the first and the second oil passage provided to each of the first and the second connecting portion.

1. A shift actuator comprising:
a first cylinder disposed in a casing of a transmission mounted on a vehicle; a first piston and a second piston coaxially arranged in the first cylinder; a first and a second fluid pressure chamber defined in the first cylinder to provide fluid pressure to each of the first and the second piston; a first shaft disposed so that the axial direction thereof is parallel to the axial direction of the first cylinder; a first shift operating member supported by the first shaft with inserted and disposed between the first piston and the second piston to move back and forth along the axial direction of the first shaft; a hydraulic control device for regulating pressure of hydraulic oil discharged from a hydraulic source and supplying the same; a first and a second oil passage communicated from the hydraulic control device to each of the first and the second fluid pressure chamber; a first and a second connecting portion for connecting the first oil passage with the first fluid pressure chamber, and the second oil passage with the second fluid pressure chamber; and a first and a second orifice portion having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the first and the second oil passage provided on the first and the second connecting portions respectively.
