The invention relates to a drawing unit (1) for processing at least one fibre composite (2) on at least one workstation of a spinning machine, wherein at least one drafting zone (3) is provided for each workstation, which drafting zone is formed between an infeed roller pair (4) and an outfeed roller pair (5), wherein the infeed roller pair (4) and the outfeed roller pair (5) are each composed of a bottom roller (7, 9) and a top roller (6, 8), and a fibre guide device (10) is assigned to the drafting zone (3), which fibre guide device comprises at least one circumferential fibre guide belt (11) which works together with a further fibre guide element (12, 29) for guiding the fibre composite to be drawn, wherein the at least one fibre guide belt (11) is guided on the top roller (6) of the infeed roller pair (4) and a deflection element (13), and a pressure element (14, 14a) is applied inside the fibre guide belt (11), which pressure element exerts a compressive force on the inner surface (11a) of the fibre guide belt (11) in a region in which the fibre guide belt and the further fibre guide element (12, 29) touch. In order that the fibre guide device (10) has a clearly defined clamping point, at which the at least one fibre composite is exposed to a uniform contact pressure on the fibre guide element (12), according to the invention the pressure element (14) comprises a pressure arm (16) under spring tension, a first end (15) of which pressure arm is mounted on the deflection element (13) and a second free end (P) linearly contacts the inner surface (11a) of the fibre guide belt (11) under the influence of said spring tension, via a contact surface (AF) extending across the width (b) of the fibre guide belt (11). |
