Provided is a method and an apparatus for efficiently processing commands received from an application. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the command managing method comprises the steps of: receiving the command changing the frame buffer object (FBO); comparing whether the FBO designated by the command changing the FBO is the same as the FBO which the GPU is processing; and according to the comparison result, managing the command changing the FBO or a flush command.
