A flexible display apparatus and a curved display apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention are provided. A flexible display device includes a flexible substrate, a wiring, and a thin-film transistor. A wire is formed on the flexible substrate. A thin-film transistor includes a semiconductor layer formed on the flexible substrate. A semiconductor layer includes a part prolonged in a direction making an acute angle with the direction of the wire prolonged. The arrangement of a semiconductor layer, an electrode, and a wire of a thin-film transistor according to one embodiment of the present invention decreases a segment length of the components for thin-film transistor of the flexible display apparatus. The generation of cracks thereby decreases as the force applied to the components by bending decreases, and reliance on the flexible display device increases. |
