PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectenna device capable of reducing the transformation ratio of impedance conversion and exhibiting high RF-DC conversion efficiency by suppressing losses due to impedance conversion.SOLUTION: The rectenna device comprises a high-impedance antenna the impedance of which is higher than the intrinsic impedance of a circuit, an impedance conversion unit, and further an antenna balance-unbalance conversion unit, a rectification circuit, and a smoothing circuit. If the high-impedance antenna is a single-end output, single-end to differential conversion is performed in the balance-unbalance conversion unit, and the high voltage of a radio wave received by the high-impedance antenna is applied to the rectification circuit via voltage heightening by the impedance conversion unit having a low transformation ratio. The received radio wave is converted to DC by the rectification circuit, and the DC power smoothed by the smoothing circuit is obtained. |
