PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge system and a discharge cable, capable of properly operating an electromagnetic lock device for connector locking.SOLUTION: A connector 31 of a discharge cable 30 includes a relay switch 38 and a switch control circuit 39. The relay switch 38 and the switch control circuit 39, after connectors 31, 32 at both ends are connected to a power receiving device 20 and a vehicle 40, activates electromagnetic lock devices 33, 34 by feeding power to the electromagnetic lock devices 33, 34 through lines L1, L3 by establishing communication between the power receiving device and the vehicle, prior to feeding of power to a DC/AC converter 21 of the power receiving device 20 from a DC power source of the vehicle 40. |
