CONTROL OF POROSITY IN ANISOTROPIC COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for improving mechanical adhesive of coating without having adverse effect on storage performance of pharmaceuticals or the like on a support of medical articles.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of anisotropic porous coating having a pore size distribution in micro size or nano size region on a support of articles including following consecutive processes of: providing a support having a surface; depositing at least one first monolayer of temporary particles on the surface; modifying the temporary particles by reducing its size; depositing at least coating on the temporary particles where the coating has porosity; excluding the temporary particles forming a pore to obtain a structure having porosity of anisotropic pore size distribution; and immobilizing the coating.
