1. A method for use by a wireless device, the method comprising:
a) receiving from a base station at least one radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells grouped into a plurality of cell groups; b) transmitting a first packet in subframe n of a first cell of a first cell group in said plurality of cell groups; c) transmitting a second packet in subframe n+1 of a second cell of a second cell group in said plurality of cell groups, said transmitting of said second packet overlapping in time with said transmitting of said first packet; and d) reducing a subframe transmission power of at least one of said first packet and said second packet if a power value is more than a maximum allowable transmission power, a calculation for said power value considering transmission power of said first packet and said second packet if said overlapping in time exceeds a first duration. |
