A self-test module of an electronic circuit breaker, comprising a power source assembly (101), a self-test starting assembly (104), an induced power supply assembly (103), a boost power supply assembly (105), and a micro control unit (102), wherein the power source assembly (101) comprises a charging battery (BT); the self-test starting assembly (104) comprises a starting button (T), a capacitor (C) and a first power source chip (U1) which are connected in series, and the self-test starting assembly (104) is connected to the charging battery (BT); the induced power supply assembly (103) comprises a buck chip (U2); the boost power supply assembly (105) comprises a second power source chip (U3) and a boost chip (U4) which are connected in series; and the micro control unit (102) is provided with a plurality of pins, the plurality of pins are respectively connected to the first power source chip (U1), the second power source chip (U3), the buck chip (U2) and the boost chip (U4), and the micro control unit (102) operates a self-test program, indicates a self-test state and keeps same for a period of time. The self-test module of an electronic circuit breaker has two operating modes, i.e. a load-free current mode of the electronic circuit breaker and an ON load current mode of the electronic circuit breaker respectively.
