PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition that is excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance, and voltage retention rate, a cured film, a color filter, a manufacturing method of a color filter, a solid imaging element, and a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: There is provided a coloring composition that includes a colorant including a counter anion and a triarylmethane structure having a crosslinkable group and a cation with a molecular weight of 2000 or less, and a polymerizable compound.
