PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame in which check marks for checking a position where a cover sheet is adhered to a lead frame are provided.SOLUTION: A unit lead frame 15 includes an element mounting part at a center part thereof and conductor connection terminals, in which terminal parts are formed on front and back surfaces, around the element mounting part. The plurality of unit lead frames 15 are disposed either horizontally or vertically or both horizontally and vertically. When resin is sealed, a cover sheet 28 for resin leakage prevention is adhered to the lead frame 10 from the rear surface. Check marks 30 (dents), which check positions of edge lines of the adhered cover sheet 28, are provided on the rear surface of the lead frame 10. |
