<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine capable of easily being produced at low costs.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine comprises: a base 11; linear guides 31, 60, 70 and an air bearing mechanism 80 disposed on the base; a measuring probe 51; and a drive part, and measures an object to be measured on the base 11 by using the measuring probe 51. The three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine has the linear guide 70 which is mechanical on one side, and the air bearing mechanism 80 is provided in parallel to the linear guide 70 on an opposite side of the linear guide 70 while sandwiching the measuring probe 51. The drive part is disposed not on the air bearing mechanism 80 side but on the linear guide 70 side.</p> |
