<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improving material having good strength development for soil improvement targeting to a soil of volcanic ash viscous soil and stable quality capable of preventing elution of hexavalent chromium efficiently.SOLUTION: There is provided a soil improving material manufactured by adding 1.5 to 4.0 wt.% in terms of SOof gypsum to high CS cement clinker having a mineral composition of a calculated value by a Bogue equation of CS>70% and CS<5%, and containing mainly high CS cement having free lime mount in the cement of 2.0 to 4.0 wt.%, elemental sulfur powder of 0.1 to 3.0 wt.% and anhydrous gypsum of 5 to 15 wt.% if needed.</p> |
