1. A device for detecting a fault attack, comprising:
a detection circuit configured to detect an interruption of a power supply, the detection circuit having an output and being configured to provide at the output an output signal having a value that depends on a duration of said interruption; a comparison circuit having an input coupled to the output of the detection circuit and configured to compare the duration of said interruption with a first threshold; and a counter having an input coupled to an output of the comparison circuit and configured to count the number of successive interruptions of the power supply having a duration which does not exceed said first threshold.
