A human eye positioning method and apparatus. The human eye positioning method comprises: receiving a human face image; positioning a position of the nose and positions of the eyes in the human face image; determining a symmetry axis of the human face according to the position of the nose; and adjusting the positions of the eyes by using the symmetry axis of the human face according to target positions of human eyes. The method and apparatus solves a problem in the prior art that accuracy of human eye positioning is poor, thereby achieving an effect of improving eye positioning accuracy.
