PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal having a screen on which a user function can be simultaneously applied in each of individually divided screen areas and its display method.SOLUTION: A first user function is displayed on a first region of a screen, and a second user function is displayed on a second region of the screen, and a user input for selecting an icon corresponding to a third user function is received, and the third user function is displayed on the first region instead of the first user function, or the third user function is displayed on the second region instead of the second user function in response to the user input. The icon is included in a menu displayed on the screen.
