When vehicles included in a group of convoyed vehicles are traveling in a convoy, if the communication unit (30) receives, from an independent vehicle (1) not included in the group of convoyed vehicles traveling in a convoy, request information for the independent vehicle (1) to join the group of convoyed vehicles, the entry control unit (72) determines the positional relationship between the group of convoyed vehicles and the independent vehicle (1), and if the independent vehicle (1) is traveling beside the group of convoyed vehicles, the entry control unit (72) controls the group of convoyed vehicles via the communication unit (30) so as to open up inter-vehicular space between convoyed vehicles (1) included in the group of convoyed vehicles in order to allow the independent vehicle (1) to join the group of convoyed vehicles. |
