Disclosed is a flexible device stripping apparatus comprising: a machine frame (A), a bearing platform (1) mounted on the machine frame (A), a picking device (4) mounted on the machine frame (A) through a pivoting shaft (5), an auxiliary device (6) mounted on the machine frame (A), and a first driving device mounted on the machine frame (A), wherein the pivoting shaft (5) is parallel to the bearing surface of the bearing platform (1); the picking device (4) can be displaced with respect to the bearing platform (1) in a direction perpendicular to the rotating axis of the pivoting shaft (5) and parallel to the bearing surface of the bearing platform (1); one surface of the picking device (4) that faces toward the bearing platform (1) is an arc surface, the central axis thereof being the rotating axis of the pivoting shaft (5); the picking device (4) is provided thereon with a fixing mechanism for fastening one side edge of a flexible device (72); when the flexible device (72) is picked from a bearing plate (71) by the picking device (4), an end tip (61) of the auxiliary device (6) provides a flexible substrate with a force enabling the disengagement of the flexible substrate from the bearing plate (71) at a location where the flexible substrate of the flexible device (72) is separated from the bearing plate (71). The flexible device stripping apparatus inflicts small damage to the flexible device (72) when the flexible device (72) is stripped off from the bearing plate (71). |
