The present invention is a toilet roll hanger for saving toilet roll, which allows a user to easily cut toilet roll paper on a desired dotted line to save costs and allows a user to cut the toilet roll paper in a natural movement so that there is no concern of an operator being hurt. The toilet roll hanger for saving toilet roll according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which allows cutting of a toilet roll paper at a desired point, includes: a hanger arm having one end installed in a fixed position to a wall or a plate body; a toilet roll hanger, which has a structure of a U-shape and is fixed to the other end of the hanger arm; a toilet roll hanger cover having one end fixed to an upper end of the toilet hanger or a front end of the hanger arm; and a toilet roll cutter, which is hinge-coupled to the front end of the toilet toll hanger cover to cut the toilet roll according to a cutting dotted line. |
