DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITIONS FOR HIGH FREQUENCY AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for producing a dielectric ceramic composition which includes CaCO_3, Sm_2O_3, Al_2O_3, TiO_2, SnO_2, and ZrO_2 as main ingredients. Resonant frequencies with low dielectric loss and stability at high and low temperatures can be generated by using the dielectric ceramic composition. The dielectric ceramic composition can be used for components requiring temperature stability and also can be used for communication components such as RF components, dielectric substrates, dielectric resonators because the dielectric ceramic composition has appropriate permittivity and a very high quality factor thereof.
