GLUTEN-FREE RICE CEREAL USING RICE HUSKS EXTRACTING WATER AND RICE BRAN EXTRACTING WATER

Disclosed are a gluten-free rice cereal manufactured by using rice husk extract liquid and rice bran extract liquid, and a method for manufacturing the same. The disclosed gluten-free rice cereal is manufactured by: removing impurities from rice; forming the rice into which the rice husk extract liquid and the rice bran extract liquid are added in the desired shape; and coating the rice with a coating solution formed by adding a certain type of an ingredient into concentration liquid of the rice husk extract liquid and the rice bran extract liquid. The method includes the steps of: (a) adding the rice husk extract liquid and the rice bran extract liquid into the rice after removing impurities from the rice; (b) forming a molded product by molding the rice processed in the step (a); and (c) coating the molded product processed in the step (b) with the coating solution formed by adding a certain type of an ingredient into concentration liquid of the rice husk extract liquid and the rice bran extract liquid. According to the method, a solid cereal can be manufactured by using rice as a main ingredient even without using stickiness of gluten of wheat flour, and unpleasant smell unique to the rice husk extract liquid and the rice bran extract liquid can be removed by coating the rice with the coating solution.
