<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control data transmission processing on the basis that routing information to an opposite device for performing secure connection and address resolution information are valid or invalid.SOLUTION: A processing control unit 101 creates security parameter information for performing secure connection with an opposite device. An information management unit 103 obtains routing information to the opposite device and address resolution information corresponding to the routing information, and manages the routing information and the address resolution information by associating them with the security parameter information. An invalidity determination unit 105 determines whether the routing information and the address resolution information associated with the security parameter information are valid or invalid in data transmission processing via secure connection. The processing control unit 101 controls data transmission processing on the basis of the determined result.</p> |
