<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet having a high-level oligomer sealing capacity and excellent foreign matter inspectability.SOLUTION: The substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet is obtained by respectively forming mold release films different in peel force on both surfaces of a tacky adhesive layer. A multilayer polyester film having surface layers, in each of which core-shell type particles each having 0.5-3.0μm average particle diameter are incorporated, is used as a base film of the substrate-less double-sided adhesive sheet. A coating liquid, which contains a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer, and a crosslinking agent, is applied to one surface of the multilayer polyester film to form a first coated layer. A coating agent containing at least one organosiloxane compound is applied onto the first coated layer to form a second coated layer having 10-100 nm thickness. A mold release layer is formed on the second coated layer.</p> |
