PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicomponent dosage form, one component comprising tenofovir DF and, optionally, emtricitabine, and the other comprising at least efavirenz.SOLUTION: According to the invention, a new pharmaceutical product containing efavirenz, emtricitabine and tenofovir DF are provided as a multicomponent unitary oral dosage form, a component 1 comprising tenofovir DF (and, optionally, emtricitabine) and a component 2 comprising efavirenz, where the components 1 and 2 are in a stabilized configuration. In a preferred embodiment, the component 1 is made by dry granulation. A composition comprising tenofovir DF and a surfactant is provided, where the surfactant is in a stabilized configuration with the tenofovir.
