This information processing apparatus (1) is provided with: an action estimation unit (110) for estimating a user action by comparing data detected by a head sensor system (6) that is mounted on the user's head and detects head motion with an action feature amount calculated on the basis of learning data; and an output control unit (120) for performing predetermined control in accordance with the action estimated by the action estimation unit (110).
