<p>The present invention allocates a communication channel and slot while preventing an interference occurring at a time when a new system or terminal is added to a network and avoiding the alteration of a schedule for a terminal belonging to an existing system. The present invention has: a channel-and-slot management table for managing a communication channel and a slot used by the communication device itself and another communication device present in an interference range; a means for extracting, upon a request from another communication device for the allocation of a communication channel and a slot on the occasion of a packet transfer, a free channel and a free slot usable for the packet transfer, the extraction being made by referring to the channel-and-slot management table of the communication device itself and a channel-and-slot management table possessed by an adjacent communication device at a transfer source present in a transfer route; and a means for allocating a communication channel and a slot selected from among free channels and free slots in accordance with the permissible delay time and traffic characteristic of the packet.</p> |
