<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine capable of being produced easily at low costs.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine comprises: a base 11; movement mechanisms 31, 60, 70, 80 disposed on the base; and a measuring probe 51 moved by the movement mechanisms, and measures an object to be measured on the base by using the probe. The movement mechanisms comprise: linear guides 22, 23A, 23B using a mechanical bearing; and an air bearing mechanism having a coupling part 81 capable of swinging and facing the base on an opposite side of the linear guides sandwiching the measuring probe.</p> |
