Provided is an adhesive agent having excellent heat resistance and adhesion properties. An adhesive agent comprises: a fluorinated polymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 6 × 103 to 3 × 104 inclusive and having a iodine atom at each end; and a radical generator. The fluorinated polymer can contain, for example, a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of tetrafluoroethylene, vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and a perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether).
