PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save user's trouble when the user releases abnormalities occurring in an apparatus.SOLUTION: A display part of a specimen processing apparatus displays a menu screen A1. When an error occurs in a measurement unit, an error button P31 is displayed, and a help dialog D1 is displayed above operation parts M1, M2. The help dialog D1 includes an error message list D11 displaying detected error items and a detailed procedure display button D13. When the detailed procedure display button D13 is pressed, a corresponding page of the electronic manual is displayed in a main area A20 that describes operational procedures for releasing an error selected in the error message list D11. In the case of an accuracy management error, a detailed data display button D16 for instructing to display a chart showing measurement results in time series is included in the help dialog D1, instead of the detailed procedure display button D13.
