PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill device that has high cleaning performance, is able to perform efficient heat cooking, and is able to perform heat cooking under accurate temperature control.SOLUTION: A cooking chamber bottom face 17 is composed of a highly heat-resistant material, which is light transmissive. A grill plate 18 slides on the highly heat-resistant material when it is inserted into or taken from a cooking chamber 11. Rear-temperature detecting means 27 comes into contact with or near to the external face of part of a cooking chamber rear face 26 located close to part of a grill plate rear wall 25. Thus, a grill device is provided, which is designed such that cleaning performance is improved, heat cooking can be efficiently performed, sliding noise emitted by the grill plate 18 is reduced and, furthermore, cooking under temperature control can be performed by detecting the temperature of the grill plate rear wall 25 by detecting the temperature of the external face of the cooking chamber rear face 26. |
