A power supply system having a magnetic connector according to the present invention comprises an electronic device and a power supply device, wherein the electronic device includes an electronic device-side VCC terminal, an electronic device-side GND terminal, and an electronic device-side magnet, the power supply device includes a power supply device-side Vcc terminal, a power supply device-side GND terminal, and a power supply device-side magnet, the electronic device-side Vcc terminal and the electronic device-side GND terminal are in contact with the power supply device-side Vcc terminal and the power supply device-side GND terminal, respectively, by magnetic attraction of the electronic device-side magnet and the power supply device-side magnet, and only when the electronic device-side magnetic and the power supply device-side magnet are in contact, a power supply blocking circuit which allows power to be supplied to the power supply device-side Vcc terminal is included in a power supply device. As a result, only when the magnetic connector has come into exact contact without installation of an additional contact terminal other than a Vcc terminal and a GND terminal which are required to directly transmit power, it is possible to allow power to be supplied so that a structure of the magnetic connector can be simplified and miniaturized. |
