In the present invention, a management system receives a first processing request for a first application program (APP), and in relation to the first APP which is the APP subject to the first processing request, specifies a second APP under an APP environment different from the APP environment of the first APP. The management system generates a second processing request for executing, for the second APP, processing which is the same as processing according the first processing request on the basis of the first processing request and conversion information which indicates the relationship between a pre-conversion processing request and a post-conversion processing request. |
