The prevent invention provides an implant for fixing a backbone, which comprises: a screw implanted in the backbone; a housing for supporting the upper end of the screw to be rotatable at a predetermined angle; a connector for connecting the lower end of the housing and the upper end of the screw to each other; a stick-shaped rod inserted through a hollow part of the housing corresponding to the upper side of the connector; a set screw fastened from the upper end of the housing such that the rod is not separated from the hollow part of the housing; and a saddle which is elastically inserted in the lower side of the set screw to be freely rotatable and comes into surface contact with the outer periphery of the rod when the set screw is screw-coupled to the housing.
