The present invention relates to a selective oxidation reactor comprising a guiding member, and more specifically, to a selective oxidation reactor comprising a guiding member to guide reformed gas to a heat exchanger. To this end, the selective oxidation reactor by a catalyst of the present invention comprises: a case which supports the catalyst; a heat exchanger which is installed at the upper end of the catalyst inside the case and cools the reformed gas; a guiding member which guides the flow of the reformed gas to the heat exchanger; and an air spray nozzle which supplies the air from the guiding member in the direction opposite to the reformed gas flow direction.
