PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a method of manufacturing the organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell.SOLUTION: In the organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell, a transparent electrode, a metal porous layer, a hole transport layer, and a counter electrode are laminated on a transparent substrate. The metal porous layer comprises an inorganic porous carrier having an organic-inorganic composite perovskite type compound on its surface. The inorganic porous carrier is a sintered compact of a lanthanoid-containing inorganic fine particles having an up-conversion function. |
