PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate human resource retrieval, to improve accuracy of the human resource retrieval, and to effectively use history information of employees, in the human resource retrieval using the history information of the employees acquired in a plurality of periods.SOLUTION: A human resource information management device 10 includes: a storage unit 15 for storing employee history information that is a value of an evaluation item acquired in a plurality of periods for each employee and grade calculation information that is calculation content to a value of the evaluation item used for retrieval from the value of the evaluation item of the employee history information; and a CPU 11 for calculating the value of the evaluation item from the employee history information stored in the storage unit 15 on the basis of the grade calculation information stored in the storage unit 15, and generating human resource information having the calculated value of the evaluation item for each employee. |
