<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method of an insulating member that securely fixes a fixing member preventing the fall-off of a winding connected to a commutator.SOLUTION: In S102, a winding start part of a bind tape formed of insulating material is pressed and held against a connection part using a holding member. In S103, the bind tape is wound around the connection part using a guiding member provided on the outside in the radial direction of a commutator, while the winding start part is held and pressed against the connection part using the holding member. In S104 to S105, the bind tape is wound around the connection part while the winding start part is pressed and held against the connection part using the holding member, and subsequently in S106, the guiding member is separated from the winding start part of the bind tape. Lastly in S107, the holding member is separated from the winding start part of the bind tape. With this method, a bind ring provided on the outside in the radial direction of the bind tape can be fixed to prevent the fall-off of the winding connected to the commutator while insulated from the winding.</p> |
