<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a currency processing device, a currency processing method, and a currency processing system for enabling a register operator to take currency out of a currency storage cassette without waiting for a cash manager, resulting in the shortening of the operation time of the register operator.SOLUTION: A currency processing device (for example, sales reception machine 22) includes: a reading part (for example, IC reader 650) for reading information stored by an information holding tool conveyed with a currency storage cassette; an unlocking part (for example, a lock release part 630) for unlocking the currency storage cassette; a storage part for storing currency put into the machine; and a control part (for example, control part 580) for controlling the unlocking part to unlock the currency storage cassette on the basis of the information read by the reading part.</p> |
