1. DNA comprising any one of DNAs (a) to (d) below:
(a) DNA consisting of the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) DNA consisting of a nucleotide sequence that has deletion, substitution, addition, or insertion of 1 or a plurality of nucleotides in the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having activity of promoting gene expression specifically in mature leaves; (c) DNA consisting of a nucleotide sequence having 90% or higher sequence identity with the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having activity of promoting gene expression specifically in mature leaves; and (d) DNA hybridizing under stringent conditions to DNA consisting of a sequence complementary to the nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having activity of promoting gene expression specifically in mature leaves and DNA encoding any one of polypeptides (e) to (g) below: (e) a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7; (f) a polypeptide consisting of an amino acid sequence that has deletion, substitution, addition, or insertion of 1 or a plurality of amino acids in the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7 by and having activity of promoting flower bud formation or ear emergence; and (g) a polypeptide consisting of an amino acid sequence having 90% or higher sequence identity with the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7 and having activity of promoting flower bud formation or ear emergence, wherein, the DNA has a function of promoting flower bud formation or ear emergence and/or branching of a plant. |
