Provided are a supporting device of an ultrasound probe, a hands-free ultrasound probe including the same, and an operating method thereof. The supporting device of the ultrasound probe comprises; a housing including a receiving unit capable of receiving the ultrasound probe, and a bonding unit which can be attached to an object; and a first control unit which controls bonding force for the object of the bonding unit according to the existence and nonexistence of a touch of a user for at least one between the ultrasound probe and the housing. The convenience of the user can be increased because the user does not have to hold the ultrasound probe directly in the diagnosis.
