The present invention relates to a directly sprayed tablet, which has outstanding spreading property and foam maintaining capacity and accordingly shows good and uniform medicinal effect in fresh-water fields having other suspended solid. Also the present invention relates to wettable powders on tablet, which has good foaming property and disintegration property, thereby enabling users to dilute the tablet in water quickly, and high suspensibility, thereby being uniformly treated with medicine. According to the present invention, a foaming tablet composition comprises a direct sprayed table and a wettable powder on tablet and is accordingly allowed to reduce labor force, which has all materials including acid and carbonate coated with binders and accordingly has no problem on storage stability when being stored in a long time in spite of high and room temperatures where a method for manufacturing granulation of the tablet is allowed to significantly reduce flow or compressional pressure in facilities and accordingly improves workability, thereby being used in a mass production.
