Provided are a radiographic imaging device, a radiographic imaging method, and a radiographic imaging program, whereby a precise radiograph can be obtained while reducing the burden on a subject. In an imaging device control unit of the present invention, an imaging condition including at least one of resolution and incidence angle range is determined on the basis of a radiograph obtained by imaging prior to tomosynthesis imaging, and tomosynthesis imaging is performed. Specifically, the imaging device control unit controls tomosynthesis imaging (120) so that tomosynthesis imaging is performed under a first condition (108) of low resolution and a small incidence angle range when a region of variation suspected to be a lesion is not detected by the imaging device control unit, and tomosynthesis imaging is performed under a second condition (112, 116, 118) in which at least one of resolution and incidence angle range is different from that of the first condition when a region of variation suspected to be a lesion is detected. |
