The object of the invention is a method for strengthening a tubular bridge or culvert, and the tubular bridge or culvert strengthened with the method, which structure comprises at least a steel pipe (1) that is the object to be strengthened and is provided with an inside surface. Concrete reinforcement composed of ribbed reinforcement bars (2a) is assembled on the inside surface of the bottom part of the steel pipe and on top of the damage points, on top of which reinforcement a mold (2) composed of mold modules (3-5, 13) is placed, which mold is filled with concrete in such a way that the damage points and the ribbed reinforcement bars (2a) remain completely covered by concrete. |
