A streptomycete sesquiterpene triol A, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. The streptomycete sesquiterpene triol A is separated from a ferment culture of Streptomyces sp.SCSIO10355. The streptomycete sesquiterpene triol A has a high effect on inhibiting LPS-induced TNFα and has no cytotoxic activity, and therefor, the streptomycete sesquiterpene triol A can be used for preparing an anti-inflammatory drug.
