METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY ECONOMIC DRIVING INDUCEMENT AND APPARATUS PERFORMING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for motivating economic driving of construction machinery and, more specifically, to a method for inducing economic driving of construction machinery, which may be applied to an apparatus which comprises an engine control unit that controls the engine of construction machinery, for inducing economic driving of construction machinery. The method comprises: (a) a step of calculating the discharge rate of a hydraulic oil pump according to the displacement value or the pressure of a regulator that controls the discharge rate of the hydraulic oil pump; (b) a step of calculating current engine power with the first and second signals of the engine received from the engine control unit; (c) a step of calculating the current fuel efficiency based on the current power of the engine; (d) a step of calculating economic driving fuel efficiency of the construction machinery based on the discharge rate of the hydraulic oil pump and the current power of the engine; and (e) a step of displaying the current fuel efficiency and the economic driving fuel efficiency of the engine. The present system displays the current fuel efficiency and the economic driving fuel efficiency of construction machinery to motivate economic driving.
