<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination planning support device which enables an operator to easily and intuitively understand burdens on a patient and facilitates flexible examination planning by calculating a cumulative exposed dose in consideration of recovery of tissue from exposure by examinations in the past and graphing the transition of the exposed dose. <P>SOLUTION: The examination planning support device acquires exposed dose data and examination time and date data of respective examinations in the past, uses those data and an arithmetic expression related to the recovery of the tissue to calculate a recovery curve A<SB POS="POST">i</SB>indicating the transition of the exposed dose with the lapse of time for each examination, and displays the recovery curve A<SB POS="POST">i</SB>as a graph. Further, the examination planning support device displays each of objects indicating a predetermined upper limit value Z, the exposed dose D<SB POS="POST">i</SB>of each time and an allowable dose K<SB POS="POST">i</SB>of each time in the graph of the recovery curve. On the basis of the recovery curve, the device obtains the optimum period of an examination in the future and displays the same in the graph, and sets and presents an imaging condition for not exceeding the upper limit value Z. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
