<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous separation flat membrane suitable for a liquid separation, which is high in physical durability to a liquid to be treated such as activated sludge even for use in a solid-liquid separation in an activated sludge tank, and can realize a high permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The porous separation flat membrane comprises a vinylidene fluoride resin having a weight-average molecular weight of≥100,000 and≤400,000.
