In a saddle-type electric vehicle (1), the battery (30) is supported by an elastic member (57). The vehicle body is provided with a connector (71) that is electrically connected to a connector (32) of the battery (30). The state of the connector (71) of the vehicle body is switched between an unlock state (figure 9) in which the movement of the connector (71) of the vehicle body is allowed to follow the oscillation of the battery (30), and a lock state (figure 9) in which the movement of the connector (71) of the vehicle body is limited. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a load from being applied to the connector (32) of the battery (30) and the connector (71) of the vehicle body when the vehicle (1) is travelling, and it is possible to smoothly connect the connector (32) of the battery (30) and the connector (71) of the vehicle body when a user mounts the battery (30) on the vehicle body. |
