<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven tool capable of fulfilling various work requests by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The motor-driven tool is constituted so that a tip tool 119 is driven by a motor 111 to perform a prescribed machining operation on a material to be machined. The motor 111 has: an inner rotor 121; an outer rotor 123; a first stator 125A including an inner rotor driving coil 125a for driving the inner rotor 121; and a second stator 125B including an outer rotor driving coil 125b for driving the outer rotor 123.
